• The 'Hirer'

  • In these conditions, 'Hirer' refers to any person, company, corporation, or Government instrumentality (including personal representatives, permitted assigns, and any person or corporation entitled or required by law to administer the 'Hirer's' affairs) who hires DJ services from DJ Antidope.

• Insurance

  • All responsibility for the safety and security of DJ equipment used during the event lies with the 'Hirer'. DJ Antidope does not provide insurance coverage for the equipment during the event. The 'Hirer' agrees to cover all costs associated with any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment during the event.

• Damages

  • The 'Hirer' agrees to be responsible for any damage caused to the DJ equipment during the event. The 'Hirer' will cover the full cost of repairs or, in cases where the equipment is damaged beyond repair, the pre-damage value of the equipment. Additionally, the 'Hirer' will reimburse DJ Antidope at the applicable daily hire rate for the duration the equipment is out of service.

• Advance Payment

  • A 50% advance payment is mandatory to secure the booking of DJ services. The booking is only confirmed once this payment is received.

• Non-Refundable Advance

  • The advance payment is non-refundable if the 'Hirer' changes their mind, cancels the event, or reschedules the event dates. This policy ensures that DJ Antidope can cover potential losses and maintain the availability of services.

• Extra Hours

  • If the event exceeds the initially agreed-upon time, additional charges will apply starting from $200 per hour. The 'Hirer' agrees to pay these charges for any extended time.

• Additional Fees for Distance

  • For events located more than 100 km from DJ Antidope's base location, additional fees will be charged. The 'Hirer' is responsible for discussing and agreeing on these fees with DJ Antidope prior to booking.
